If you place your order before 12:00 PM, it leaves our warehouse the exact same day. If you order in the afternoon, it ships first thing the next morning. (We take Sundays and Public Holidays off to rest).
We back our stuff 100%. But because this is skincare, hygiene is a big deal. We can only take back boxes that are completely unopened and unused within 14 days of delivery.
If the delivery guy was rough with your package and a bottle is broken, just send us an email at hello@manficient.com.ng within 48 hours. Take a quick picture of the damage, and we will ship you a brand new one immediately. No stress.
Once we get your returned box and confirm it hasn't been opened, we send the money straight back to the card or account you paid with. It usually hits your bank in 3-5 days.
We only ask for the details we actually need to get your box to your house and keep your account secure. We don't sell your phone number or email to anyone.
When you buy something, your card details go straight to Paystack (one of the most secure payment processors in Africa). Your card numbers never even touch our servers, so your money is always safe.
